The Ideal Candidate

5+ to 7 years of experience
Management Experience Required – No
Minimum Education – Associate’s Degree 

.Take and process all phone, emailed and faxed orders

.Enter all orders into Chempax (within 2 hours of receipt)

.Confirm faxed/emailed orders to customer (within 2 hours of receipt)

.Revise orders as requested by customer

.Check order status as requested by customer

.Respond to document requests (i.e., Certificates of Analysis, Kosher Certificates, MSDS Sheets, Specification Sheets)

.Process Return Merchandise Authorizations/Credits upon notification of damage/error

.Field/handle customer problems/complaints

.Update customer quotes (within 8 hours of receipt)

.Send customer quotes

.Enter new prospects/customers into Chempax

.Update & maitain current custumer information in chempax

.Answer phones (back-up for receptionist)

.Submit sample requests (when required)

.Prepare/print/B/Ls & C of As for warehouse for next day/week shipments

.Assist Sales Team in other tasks

.Other duties as required or needed by management
