Qualifications: BS degree (business, biology, chemistry, entomology or agriculture) and a minimum of 3 years of agrimarketing experience. Minimum of 7-10 years work experience. High degree of independence and self-motivation. Ability to work across organizational and country boundaries. International experience -personal or professional.
Seeking a motivated Global Senior Product Marketing Specialist with excellent agri-marketing and proven strategic skills. As a Global Sr. Product Marketing Specialist the successful candidate will join the Global Marketing team for Insecticides and will focus on supporting the Global Marketing team and also manage global active ingredients. In their assignment as Global Sr. Product Marketing Specialist they will also coordinate the overall Insecticide Strategy for the business unit and assist in the target setting for new market opportunities.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Insecticides, it is expected that a Global Sr. Product Marketing Specialist also participates in acquisition and divestment initiatives when requested and works extremely closely with our Regional Marketing teams to maximize the opportunities for his active ingredients in each of the regions. Commensurate with experience, the Global Sr. Product Marketing Specialsit will be asked to participate in Crop teams focused on development of integrated approaches to customers in the agricultural chemical market.
Responsibilities: Global Marketing Management of Phermone Business, including 3rd party supply; Crop Team Membership, Core Team member; Assisting Global Insecticide team with general market analysis; Collection and analysis of internal Marketing data and external sources; Contributing as key member in project related assignments; Monthly Insecticide Business Performance review; Main contact for Market Information on general portfolio management issues; Support for Vice President R&D Steering Committee Preparation; Processing of information requests from functional departments; Implementation and Monitoring of SBU results; Coordination and Implementation of Key Projects and Promotional activities; Support in Acquisition, divestiture and licensing efforts.
