Phase II – Pre-Screening....Refining the potential candidates…

Once potential candidates are identified, they will be evaluated against the candidate profile, which includes the following process:

Telephone interviews with each candidate; in person interviews when required by your organization.

Development of a complete written profile or resume on each candidate, which includes: professional and technical qualifications, personal background (i.e. education, personality traits, job related interests.); compensation packages and objectives; assessment of the individual's overall suitability.
