<p>This <strong>Operational Excellence Implementation Leader </strong>position is a highly critical leadership role responsible to support and lead implementation of the mission-critical Operational Excellence (OpX) improvements at the North America sites for achieving Strategy 2020 targets.  The OpX Journey is major North  America  initiative that will focus on identifying areas for improvement in the  operating plants and will provide the sites with  needed expertise and support to implement the  agreed upon improvements. This<br />
position will interface regularly with over 100 different Manufacturing Sites, Key  Site/Business Leaders, and the Manufacturing Community Steering Committee (MCSC). This position is an integral part of the Operational Excellence Team and Manufacturing Support Services Organization and must function seamlessly across multiple sites and functional interfaces to effectively coordinate, develop, and efficiently deploy expert resources.  The OpX implementation leader is expected to oversee about 5-10 direct reports and 20 -40 indirect skilled experts.</p>
<p>The candidate for this assignment will be involved in further developing and supporting the roll-out of this Operational  Excellence journey. This will include, but not limited to:  Supporting the internal OpX organization to ensure that the team&#8217;s goals/targets are  achieved. Leading, facilitating, and coordinating the implementation phase after operational excellence site assessments are complete. This will include working with  manufacturing sites to understand their priorities, managing direct/indirect reports as well as external contractors to ensure timely implementation.  Work with manufacturing and other project managers to develop project scopes, generates and/or obtains cost estimates, and prepare appropriation funding requests. Regular follow-up with<br />
manufacturing to ensure projects met desired milestones.  Promoting a sense of best-practice sharing across North America manufacturing sites through effective communication, documentation, and exchange of innovative ideas.  Regularly presenting to Site Leadership and other groups the benefits and challenges of an effectively-run Operational Excellence program at the Site level.</p>
<p>Minimum five (5) years experience regarding project management is required.  Knowledge of Operational Excellence improvements processes in one or more of the following areas: Plant Optimization, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain &amp; Logistics, Systems Management, Culture and Talent Management, LEAN Operations.  Broad knowledge of chemical unit operations, process and mechanical equipment, instrumentation, DCS process controls and safety instrumented systems.  Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple sites.  Strong leadership and team collaboration skills to work with direct &amp; indirect personnel.  Coordination skills and ability to react and lead in changing environment.  Effective Presentation and Communication Skills.  Strong Customer Relationship.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The <strong>Operations Excellence Manager</strong> will provide leadership responsibilities and activities for continuous improvement for Acrylic Monomers Unit.  Accountabilities<br />
include aspects of tactical initiatives for EHS performance improvements, product quality, production volume, cost, customer satisfaction, employee/team development, and continuous/sustainable improvement.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Responsibilities: </strong>Cost- Responsible for leading improvement activities with expected impact on the operations costs for Acrylic Monomers.  Includes variable cost<br />
accountabilities from yield, material usage and utilities performance.  Manager will have oversight and visibility to total operating costs on ongoing basis.   Responsible for guiding team decisions impacting cost and providing leadership to direct improvement activities to meet budget objectives in balance with plant operating demands.   Key measures includes:  Unit Ratio performance and Unit Conversion Cost.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Production Volume/Output-  Responsible for daily plant performance to<br />
optimize production output.  Manager has accountability for executing activities for reliable plant performance including troubleshooting and process optimization.  Key measures include plant reliability, plant availability, plant uptime, time production output, and demonstrated capacity.<br />
Quality-<br />
Responsible for product manufactured in conformance with specifications<br />
and customer requirements.  Manager has accountability for driving quality improvements for yield, total material yield (unit ratio conversion), product and auditing compliance and continuous improvement programs.  Key measures include total material yield, product Cpk, and continuous improvement savings.<br />
Employee/Team Development-  Responsible for the development of the operations team to improve team members skills and capabilities for assessing and implementing continuous improvement actions.  Development may consist of delivery of &#8220;Lean&#8221; manufacturing concepts and tools, 6 sigma quality and capability concepts, design of experiments, root cause failure analysis, maintenance reliability methods, etc.<br />
Assure programs are in place utilizing internal and/or external resources as needed with a framework that fosters team work and collaborative working environment.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Nature and Scope: </strong>This job has responsibility for leading improvement initiatives for the unit, including the ICON (TIPS), and may be developed within the unit or thru CP<br />
Technology and other support functions.  The position has accountability for leading<br />
defined unit operations improvement activities with latitude for independent<br />
decision-making to fulfill the defined objectives for the unit.  The position works collaboratively with team members within the unit (Ops. Coordinator, Ops. Engineer, Maintenance Coordinator, Production Technician) as well as peers across the site for<br />
consistency in leading common site improvement processes (i.e. Lean), and<br />
contributes fully as a peer team member for implementation of improvement<br />

<p>The Chemical Engineer is responsible for preliminary and final process design work for new chemical manufacturing facilities and improvements to existing facilities. This includes performing detailed design calculations, identifying opportunities for process optimization, recommending process design changes, and assisting with the implementation and start-up of those recommendations. Some travel to our manufacturing sites will be required. </p>
<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong>:</p>
<p>    * Develop preliminary scope and plan for new projects, estimate preliminary project costs and    benefits.</p>
<p>    * Prepare new, or modify existing plant Process Flow Diagrams (PFD&#8217;s).</p>
<p>    * Complete detailed Material and Energy Balances for new or modified processes.</p>
<p>    * Prepare new or modified Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&amp;ID&#8217;s).</p>
<p>    * Size and specify new process equipment and re-rate existing equipment for new capacities or services.</p>
<p>    * Size and specify Safety Relief Devices and vent systems.</p>
<p>    * Prepare new, or modify existing Plant Operating Procedures to accurately reflect project scope,</p>
<p>      control philosophy, and objectives.</p>
<p>    * Work with plant operating personnel to troubleshoot plant operation issues, especially when associated with project implementations.</p>
<p>    * Work on Continuous Improvement Projects as identified or needed. Areas of emphasis include:</p>
<p>      manufacturing cost reduction, capacity improvements/cycle time reductions, energy and waste</p>
<p>      reduction, and process reliability.</p>
<p><strong>Education and Experience Requirements</strong>:</p>
<p>    * Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering.</p>
<p>    * 5 &#8211; 10 years experience in process design or process engineering.</p>
<p>    * Fundamental knowledge of continuous and batch chemical operations including reaction,</p>
<p>      distillation, heat exchange, solids handling, utilities and process control.</p>

<p> This position is intended to provide Capital Project and Turnaround (TAR) scheduling development and management.  This position will set up and maintain schedules on large/complex jobs, provide oversight and direction to contract schedulers, and provide basic training on scheduling to project team members.  The services provided by this position, require an in depth technical knowledge of both the tool software and the scheduling and reporting work processes. Having accurate schedules that are properly managed, helps ensure project and TAR plans are in alignment with business targets.  An accurate schedule also enables contractor manpower levels to be optimized up front, which reduces cost.</p>
<p>Develop a detailed and optimized project/TAR execution schedule that links dependent activities and shows an accurate and integrated timeline for the scope of work (capital executed during the TAR, operational, and maintenance).</p>
<p>Perform job manpower leveling in order to identify and optimize labor resource requirements.</p>
<p>Update schedule and report progress during the project/TAR on a routine basis.</p>
<p>Generate predefined look-ahead schedules and ad hoc reports on an as needed basis, in order to provide day-to-day scheduling direction to the project/TAR execution team and the contractors.</p>
<p>Track and report on critical path activities in order to help the project/TAR execution team to determine proper prioritization of work.</p>
<p>Integrate project scope changes and/or TAR discovery work into the schedule to help determine manpower and schedule duration impact.</p>
<p>This position must have extensive scheduling experience (5 &#8211; 10 years) in a Chemical and/or Refining manufacturing facility. Sound knowledge of planning is also necessary; along with strong knowledge of construction and maintenance work execution for the different types of crafts.</p>
<p>A minimum of 3 years experience working with Primavera is required and experience with version 6 of this software is highly desirable.  </p>
<p>It is desirable for this position to have working knowledge of SAP.  It is also desirable for this position to have a 2 year vocational degree and/or construction/maintenance craft work experience in a Chemical and/or Refining manufacturing facility.</p>

<p>Must be a high-energy, articulate and independent individual who is comfortable and confident serving as an educator and technical/clinical support person within a hospital/operating room environment</p>
<p>The training period for this position may require a travel for 4 weeks of training in Israel</p>
<p> The Service manager is responsible for the technical service and support as well as preventive maintenance procedures for its products and customers. The Service manager works as a team member and responsible to the creation and management of service culture, service procedures and routines and measurement of the company products performance.</p>
<p><strong>Typical work activities:</strong></p>
<p>The main role of a customer service manager is to ensure customer satisfaction from the performance of the company products, to minimize device performance failures and to ensure implementation of service culture within the organization</p>
<p> The work may include within others:</p>
<p>- Providing help and advice to customers using products or services;</p>
<p>- Being the technological champion who coach and offer real time support to the CSR team in cases where technological support is needed.</p>
<p>- Investigating and solving customers&#8217; problems.</p>
<p>- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;</p>
<p>- Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service the Company is providing;</p>
<p>- producing written information for customers</p>
<p>- Writing reports analyzing the customer service that the Company provides;</p>
<p>- Visiting customers to provide a one-to-one service;</p>
<p>- Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use;</p>
<p>- Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards;</p>
<p>- Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service;</p>
<p>- Leading a team of customer service staff;</p>
<p><strong>Skills/Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>- Bachelor&#8217;s degree (or equivalent) in Bio-Engineering or any engineering or technology field; Graduate degree preferred</p>
<p>- Minimum of two years in customer service position.</p>
<p>- Trouble shooting, technical skills, creativity and high discipline.</p>
<p>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work successfully with all levels of the company</p>
<p>- Professional appearance and demeanor</p>
<p>- Able to travel extensively within territory and occasionally beyond</p>
<p>- Must be comfortable and experienced in surgical procedures</p>
<p>- Preferred to have experience with orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocol and appropriate vocabulary</p>
<p>- Must be computer literate</p>
<p>- Must be able to build strong relationship with surgical staff and hospitals within territory</p>
