Seeking Product Manager, Vaccines:

This individual will support marketing strategies by implementing Medical Education tactics for the product. This position will interface with various Medical support, medical education and field teams. The focus is to build, align, and disseminate key messages through Medical Education initiatives. The individual will also work collaboratively with the other brand team members of the Marketing Team.

Responsibilities:

- Execute Medical Education and Market Development brand strategies and tactics in order to successfully launch the product in the U.S.

- Implement and execute multi-year convention strategy for MS in alliance with global and affiliate partners.

- Key brand interface with internal US Convention planning teams.  Liaise with global convention colleagues as needed.

- Lead KTL mapping and segmentation.  Establish and implement KTL Advisory Council, Steering Committee and Regional Advisory Boards.

- Maintain brand interface with Medical and associated Medical support teams (Publications, IME, Field)

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, as well as the many cross-functional teams that support the brands

- Transform highly complex information about the healthcare business environment into actionable intelligence resulting in a sustainable competitive advantage for brand

- Manage vendors/agencies as needed to develop and execute tactical programs

- Ensure timely legal, regulatory, and medical review of promotional medical education content

- Assess potential market opportunities while developing a marketing plan on how to potentially maximize and leverage those opportunities

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Experience:

- 2+ years Current marketing Product Manager experience required (specific Medical Education/Market Development experience preferred)

- At least 5-7 years of pharmaceutical experience including both sales and marketing, MS therapeutic category experience a must

- Ability to proactively analyze business and market opportunities, identify key issues, and develop/implement a solution to either maximize a market opportunity or resolve business issues

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; candidate must have demonstrated the ability to build consensus in a matrix environment and lead through others

- Vendor management experience

Seeking Manager, Talent Management for:

supporting and implementing the overall design and development of talent strategies and building the pipeline of current and future leaders within the Corporation.

Key Accountabilities:      

 This individual will be accountable for diagnosing talent management needs and designing solutions aligned to the overall HR and Business Strategy.

-         Design, project manage and execute talent assessment, succession planning and development reviews and training at unit, regional and global level

-         Be responsible for implementing value added talent management programs and processes that address the needs of the identified critical roles and their feeder positions.

The role of the Maintenance Supervisor/Engineer is to manage the plant maintenance systems in a safe work environment, within the quality standards, while meeting the production schedule within cost limitations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintains equipment and systems in functional, safe working condition while meeting all regulatory

  requirements

- Plans, organizes and coordinates work activities of   maintenance employees and boiler operators

- Manages and develops employees to meet performance expectations and company standards for personal safety, productivity, quality, environmental and regulatory compliance

- Manages predictive and preventative maintenance activities

- Improves equipment efficiencies. Identifies opportunities and projects to improve equipment and

  systems to optimize overall plant performance

- Maintains involvement and influence in the development and implementation of products, process and equipment changes

- Manages department capital project work

- Responsible for incident investigation and root cause analysis

- Troubleshoots and provides solutions to plant equipment issues to support plant manufacturing goals. Acts as technical resource on plant equipment and systems

Education and Qualifications: 

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience.  A minimum of 1-3 years supervisory experience required.  Possess strong understanding of engineering, industrial safety, contractor management, and project management.  Knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.) is desired. Must be successful at working in a team environment, demonstrated coaching, delegating, and possess problem solving and facilitating skills.  Operations and project management skills/experiences related to the following systems: Boilers, Steam, Condensate, Air Compressor, Chilled Water, Water, Waste Water, and HVAC are beneficial.
