As a Field Support Specialist, you will join a talented Analytical Instruments team responsible for on-site installation, service and training on MR instruments.

1. Perform onsite and in-house customer application training for imaging.

2. Provide customer application phone support.

3. Maintain knowledge of state-of-the-art products of Company’s MR Instruments.

4. Advises customers of equipment upgrades and accessories available for existing equipment.

5. Performs other related duties as assigned.

6. Willing to travel 50% and some international travel.

Qualifications:

Minimum education, training and experience needed to perform this job:

1. PhD degree in a science field plus five years of related experience

2. Prior imaging applications experience a must
