-Technical Staff Engineer for the Plasticizers Department reporting through manufacturing management. 
-Primary function will be to address equipment reliability and process vulnerability issues (identification and correction).  Job will also include support for day to day operations, environmental permitting, small capital project implementation, and  other issues to maintain safe, stable and reliable operations.
-Must be able to execute projects as part of a team, a team leader or as an individual and to interface with business management to set priorities.

Minimum Required Education and Work Experience:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from accredited university / college
-Minimum three (3) years experience as a chemical engineer
Other Qualifications:
-Desire to work in a chemical plant manufacturing environment
-High level of initiative
-A strong safety focus
-Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Good people skills – must work effectively with engineers, operators, management and other organizations
-Strong written and verbal communications skills
